Accountant
Your engagement does not change. You keep the home-country books and the group view. We keep the Singapore or Hong Kong entity’s books in the client’s own Xero, where you can read them when you consolidate.
Stays with you
- The client relationship and your engagement. You introduced the client and keep your engagement as it is.
- Specialist questions in your field. Home-country accounting and tax questions come back to you.
- Home-country books and group consolidation. The home-country books and the group consolidation stay with you.
Innaltis does
- Structuring summary for the Asian entity. In writing, for you to read before the client decides.
- Operating facts and cost framework. Setup and running costs, for your client file.
- Bookkeeping, accounts and local tax return. Kept in the client’s own Xero, so you can read it for consolidation.
- Board resolutions and statutory registers. Prepared from our templates, kept up to date.
- Shareholders’ agreement. If the client needs one: drafted from our templates, reviewed by partner lawyers.
- Filing calendar and deadline reminders. We track the Asian deadlines and send the reminders, so none lands on your desk.
A licensed firm does
- Incorporation filing and registered office. Filed by a registered corporate service provider in Singapore, or a TCSP licensee in Hong Kong.
- Company secretary and statutory filings. Statutory filings and the secretary role sit with the licensed firm, named in the engagement letter.
- Resident nominee director in Singapore. Only when no director lives in Singapore. Arranged through a registered corporate service provider.
- Statutory audit in Hong Kong. Signed and billed directly by the partner CPA firm. We prepare and coordinate the file.
