1. What this site is

This site presents Innaltis, a corporate services firm for Singapore and Hong Kong that opens in the first quarter of 2027. Innaltis is a company in formation: it is not incorporated yet.

The site gives information and lets you register for early access. It is not a service in itself. Today, the only thing we offer is a structuring consultation. We do not incorporate companies, file documents or handle money through this site.

2. General information, not advice

What we publish is general. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it may not fit your situation. Rules and fees change, and some pages may lag behind. Before you act, check the current rules with the authority concerned or with a licensed adviser.

Innaltis provides consulting and corporate services. It does not provide legal advice.

3. Prices

Prices on this site are planned launch prices. They are confirmed in writing before any engagement, and nothing on the site is an offer you can accept by clicking. Government fees are billed at cost, and a new company pays a one-off incorporation fee.

4. Early access

Registering for early access is free. It creates no obligation for you or for us. You do not have to buy anything, and we do not have to offer you anything.

The terms planned for founding clients are confirmed in writing when we open. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by writing to hello@innaltis.com.

5. Regulated work and licensed firms

Once Innaltis opens, regulated work, such as incorporation filings, company secretarial work and audit, will be carried out by licensed firms that we appoint and supervise. Each firm is named in your engagement letter, and the letter sets out what we do and what they do.

Banks decide for themselves whether to open an account. We prepare the application and introduce you, and the decision is the bank’s.

6. Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Please give accurate details in forms. Do not try to disrupt the site, to copy it automatically at scale, or to gain access to anything you are not meant to see.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and tools on this site belong to Innaltis or its licensors. The Innaltis name and logos are not licensed to you. You may read and print pages for your own reference. For any other use, please ask us first, in writing.

8. No warranty

We take care over the content, but the site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Innaltis is not liable for losses that come from using this site or relying on what it says, including lost profit and indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer.

10. Links to other sites

Some pages link to official sources and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your details.

11. Your personal data

Our privacy policy explains what we do with the details you give us.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. When Innaltis is incorporated, we will name the company that is the party to these terms here.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

14. Contact
