Who is responsible
Innaltis is a corporate services firm for Singapore and Hong Kong, opening in the first quarter of 2027. Innaltis is a company in formation: it is not incorporated yet.
Until it is incorporated, its founders are responsible for your personal data (the “controller”, in data protection language). Once the company is registered, we will update this policy with its name, registration number and address, and the company will take over as controller.
You can reach us at hello@innaltis.com for anything in this policy.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your company name, if you give it;
- the country you operate from;
- your answers to the few questions on the form, such as the place you are considering, your timeline and your situation;
- the choices you made in a tool on the page, such as the plan suggested by the price finder;
- your tick in the consent box.
The form also sends us the page it was sent from, the page language, any campaign tags in the address (UTM source, medium and campaign) and the date and time.
There is no account on this site. We do not set cookies, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not take payments. We count visits with Umami, an audience-measurement tool hosted on our own server, which records the pages viewed and the forms sent without cookies and without identifying you. We do not need identity documents or tax numbers at this stage, so please do not type them into a form.
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages may keep short technical logs, such as the IP address, the time and the page requested. We do not add them to our records.
Why we use it
We use your details to:
- reply to your request and arrange a call;
- hold a place for you among our founding clients, with the terms we have planned for them;
- send you information about our launch, if you asked for it.
We do not sell your details. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles about you.
Legal bases for visitors in the European Union
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on two legal bases:
- your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, for contacting you and sending launch information. You can withdraw it at any time;
- steps taken at your request before a possible contract, for answering your request and holding your place.
Where your details are stored
When you send a form, your browser passes the details to a Google Apps Script endpoint, which saves them in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. Only the founders have access to that sheet.
Our serif typeface, Source Serif 4, is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser asks fonts.gstatic.com for it, so Google receives your IP address and browser details, as it does for any request. Google’s own policies govern that request. Our body typeface, Inter, is served from our own site.
Who sees your details
- The founders of Innaltis.
- Google, which provides the tools we store the details in and acts on our instructions.
- Licensed firms, such as a company secretary or an accountant, but only after you engage us, and only the details needed for your engagement. Each firm is named in your engagement letter.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not give your details to anyone else.
How long we keep them
We keep your details until our launch plus 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
If you become a client, we will tell you how long we keep the records of your engagement when you sign the engagement letter.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your details;
- stop using your details, or object to a particular use;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting what we did before.
Send one email to hello@innaltis.com. We reply within 30 days, and sooner when we can. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as the CNIL in France.
Notes for visitors in Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam
Singapore. Under the Personal Data Protection Act, we collect, use and share your details only for the purposes above, with your consent. You can withdraw your consent and ask to see or correct your details. We keep them no longer than we need them.
Hong Kong. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, we collect only what we need and tell you why, as we do here. You can ask to see and correct your details. We use them for direct marketing only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Vietnam. Vietnam’s data protection rules (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and the Personal Data Protection Law that has applied since 1 January 2026) give you the right to know how your details are used, to consent or withdraw consent, to see, correct and delete them, to restrict or object to their use, and to complain. We process your details on the basis of the consent you give in the form. Your details are stored on Google’s infrastructure outside Vietnam. We will complete any notice or assessment the rules require for that before we serve clients in Vietnam.
Transfers abroad
Google runs its services from data centres in several countries, so your details may be stored or handled outside the country where you live. Google applies contractual and technical safeguards to these transfers. By sending a form, you accept that your details are handled this way.
Children
This site is for adults and businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect details from children. If you think a child has sent us a form, write to hello@innaltis.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will change this policy when our practices change, and when Innaltis is incorporated. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it applies.
